Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor Move in will be Thursday April 10 from 4 to 8pm or Friday from 8 am to 9 am.   Volunteers will be available to assist with move in on Thursday and may be available on Friday.  Please contact  Tirza at  678 608 2919 if you will be needing assistance.

Exhibits will be in the Woodruff Library.  Please see Getting There  for directions.

 
We will provide a 6 foot table and table cloth.  Electricity is available.  Please let us know if you will be needing it.

Exhibitor hours are 9-12 on Friday the 11th and Saturday the 12th and 12-4 pm on Sunday the 13th.
 

While the library is a safe environment there will not be security in the room after conference hours.  You are responsible for your own items.  Please do not leave valuables in the room unattended.
